ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 quart shelled pecans – chopped fine
  • 1 small box vanilla wafers – crushed
  • 1 cup dark raisins
  • 1 8 ounce package glazed red cherries, chopped
  • 1 8 ounce package glazed green cherries, chopped (optional)
  • 1 8 ounce package glazed pineapple, chopped
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions

Combine ingredients. Place in 8 x 12 inch oblong dish, cover tightly, and refrigerate several days.

NOTE: This was one of Viola Clark’s favorite Christmas recipes.
